Your generous support doesn’t just ensure local older adults have meals to eat. You make sure those meals are packed with nutrition to help our older neighbors stay strong, healthy and thriving in their homes.
Our staff includes a registered dietitian who crafts menus that meet the specific needs of seniors. Every meal is complete with protein, vegetables, fruit, grain and milk. Seniors get the calories they need to fuel an active lifestyle, with an added focus on key vitamins like B12, which our bodies need more of as we age.
